Placement Policy For Recruiters
- The Placement Cell, which includes the Training & Placement Officer, Asst. Training & Placement Officer, Faculty coordinators and Student coordinators, sends invitation to the companies/organizations along with the relevant information/document.
- The interested recruiters fill a Job Notification Form (JNF) containing all the required details about the placement using their online account. They may also send the required information to the Placement Cell in the designated email address or through post at the Placement office.
- Any recruiter interested in delivering a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) may send the request to the Placement Cell along with the relevant details.
- The JNF is made available to the students online as well as through the notice-boards along with the relevant details.
- Interested students may apply for the recruitment process of a company to the Placement Cell through Email or written applications.
- The Placement cell, in consultation with the company, allots a particular date to the company for the campus interviews.
- Companies can go through the resumes of the interested students to shortlist the students depending upon the availability of the opportunities using their online accounts.
- The recruiters visit the campus or in online platform at the allotted date(s) to conduct the test(s) and/or interview(s) as per the recruitment process.
- The recruiters are required to declare the final list of the selected students on the date of interview(s).
Placement Policy For Students
- A student will not be allowed to participate in placement drive of any company once he/she is placed in on-campus, pool campus or by any mode through the institution. However, if a student is placed and will be allowed to participate in more companies, when there are no sufficient students are there.
- The students must be careful about the eligibility criteria while submitting willingness for any placement drive. If a student submits willingness without eligibility or does not participate in the drive after submitting willingness, he/she may be debarred from the next drive.
- Once a student is selected by a company he/she has to submit confirmation regarding joining. If a student fails to join after submitting confirmation his/her case will be forwarded to Principal/HODs of respective branches for further action. Moreover, a student is not allowed to decline joining a company if he/she has submitted willingness for the same.
